Grown at Bendigo, in Central Otago, the 2009 vintage (5*) is very much a cellaring style. Deep and still bright in colour, it has a complex, savoury, nutty bouquet. Still fresh, it is powerful, sturdy and concentrated, with generous, ripe plum, spice and nut flavours and a firm finish. Best drinking 2015+.
