Beautifully scented, the 2010 vintage (5*) is a single-vineyard wine, estate-grown in the lower Waihopai Valley. Light (7 per cent alcohol) and sweet (88 grams/litre of residual sugar), it is highly concentrated, with fresh, very pure and delicate flavours, citrusy, limey and spicy. Starting to develop bottle-aged complexity, it’s a very seductive wine; drink now or cellar.
