The 2011 vintage (3*) is ruby-hued, with a very peppery bouquet, showing accentuated varietal characters. Medium-bodied, it is vibrantly fruity and supple, with a hint of tamarillo and some savoury notes. It was matured in French oak casks (14 per cent new).
