The 2011 vintage (4.5*), grown on Waiheke Island, is a gold, slightly amber-hued dessert wine, perfumed, rich and soft, with concentrated, sweet (150 grams/litre of residual sugar) apricot and honey flavours, showing a powerful botrytis influence. Lovely now.
