The debut 2011 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown in the Brancott Vineyard, near Renwick, hand-picked in late May at 43.5 brix and handled entirely in tanks, without oak. Golden, with an enticingly honeyed bouquet, it is already delicious, with concentrated peach and apricot flavours, plentiful sweetness (232 grams/litre of residual sugar), an oily texture and lovely richness and harmony.
