Spy Valley Marlborough Noble Sauvignon Blanc (2009)

The 2009 vintage (3.5*) was late-harvested at 31 brix, and fermented and matured for three months in old French oak barrels. Balanced for easy drinking, it’s a medium-bodied, sweet wine (120 grams/litre of residual sugar), with ripe tropical-fruit flavours, slightly spicy and well-rounded.
