The 2011 vintage (4*) is a tight, age-worthy wine, hand-picked, barrel-fermented and matured on its gross lees in oak for nine months. Butterscotch aromas lead into a very vibrant palate with peachy, slightly spicy, toasty flavours, showing good intensity, and fresh, lively acidity. An elegant, youthful wine, it’s still unfolding.
