Sileni Parkhill Hawke’s Bay Pinot Gris (2010)

Hand-picked in a coastal vineyard and 50 per cent barrel-fermented, the 2010 vintage (4*) is a fresh, richly scented, dryish wine (4.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), with ripe stone-fruit flavours showing some oak/lees-aging complexity, and very good vibrancy, harmony and length.
