The 2010 (3.5*) is poised and lively, with a fairly dry impression (9 grams/litre of residual sugar) on the palate, and restrained, citrusy, minerally flavours. Worth cellaring, this is the last vintage of this wine, now replaced by the Moutere Riesling Dry.
