A late-harvest Riesling, grown at Bendigo, in Central Otago, the 2011 vintage (4*) has a very inviting, ripely scented bouquet. It has good balance of acidity and sweetness (93 grams/litre of residual sugar), with a hint of sherbet amid its fresh, concentrated, citrusy, limey flavours.
