Konrad Sigrun Noble Two (2009)

The 2009 vintage (4*) of this estate-grown, Waihopai Valley wine is a rich, honeyed blend of tank-fermented Riesling (55 per cent) and barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc (45 per cent). Weighty, with concentrated honey and apricot flavours, showing plentiful sweetness (168 grams/litre of residual sugar), it has good acid spine and complexity.
