The 2011 vintage (5*) was hand-picked in Marlborough at 31.8 brix, in five picks from 12 April to 23 May, with 50–60 per cent botrytis, and partly barrel-fermented. Lush, oily and sweet (180 grams/litre of residual sugar), it has deliciously deep peach, lemon, lime and marmalade flavours.
