The 2008 vintage (3.5*) is a distinctly cool-climate style, fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels (20 per cent new). It offers strong, peachy, citrusy flavours, slightly toasty and honeyed, with good acid spine and some mealy complexity.
