The 2010 vintage (3.5*) is a distinctive, tightly structured wine, hand-picked and barrel-fermented with indigenous yeasts. Full-bodied, it has fresh pear and spice flavours, a sliver of sweetness and some complexity. (This label has been replaced by the ‘Dry Pinot Gris’.)
