Made in a dry style, the debut 2011 (3*) is a medium-bodied wine with a floral bouquet and lemony, slightly spicy flavours, fresh and crisp. The 2012 vintage (3.5*), certified by BioGro, is medium-bodied, with very good vigour and depth of citrusy, slightly limey, appley and spicy flavours, fresh, crisp and dry. Well worth cellaring to 2014 onwards.
