Abbey Cellars Mary Noble Riesling (2009)

Estate-grown in The Triangle district of Hawke’s Bay, the 2009 vintage (3*) was hand-picked at 30.5 brix and matured for six months in seasoned French oak casks. Mouthfilling, it is citrusy, slightly appley and spicy, with moderate sweetness (59 grams/litre of residual sugar), lively acidity and good drink-young appeal.
