Estate-grown in the Brancott Valley, the 2010 vintage (3.5*) was hand-picked, tank-fermented and matured on its yeast lees in old French oak casks. Pale gold, it’s a distinctive style, full-bodied, peachy and slightly spicy, with a hint of oak, good complexity and a dry finish (2 grams/litre of residual sugar).
