The 2010 vintage (4.5*), ensconced in a full-sized bottle, was hand-harvested at 25.8 brix on Ponui Island, off the eastern end of Waiheke Island, and handled without oak. It’s a sweet but not super-sweet style (60 grams/litre of residual sugar), vibrant, pure, peachy and citrusy, with lively acidity and lovely richness.
