The gently botrytised 2009 vintage (4*) was late-harvested from 16 rows of Pinot Gris vines in mid-July. It has a scented bouquet of stone-fruit and honey, leading into a soft, sweet palate with peach, spice, apricot and honey flavours, rich and rounded.
