The 2007 vintage (4*) is dark, with blackcurrant and spice flavours, hints of herbs and coffee, and a firm finish. A tightly structured blend (65 per cent Cabernet Sauvignon, 35 per cent Merlot), barrel-aged for a year, it shows good concentration and length.
