The impressive 2021 vintage (4.5*) was made from Pinot Noir, estate-grown and hand-harvested at Cromwell. Bright pink, it is very fresh and lively, with good body and vibrant strawberry and watermelon flavours, dry (3 grams/litre of residual sugar) and lingering.
