Certified organic, the invitingly fragrant, generous 2021 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown in the Soler Vineyard, tank-fermented and lees-aged. Bright, light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling, with strong pear and spice flavours, showing excellent delicacy and vibrancy, a touch of complexity, gentle acidity, and a dryish (5 grams/litre of residual sugar), well-rounded finish. Fine value.
