The debut 2020 vintage (4.5*) was hand-harvested and fermented in a 2:1 mix of old oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Bright, light yellow/green, it is a very harmonious wine, full-bodied, with strong, vibrant, peachy, spicy flavours, still unfolding, fresh acidity, and a fully dry finish. Best drinking mid-2022+.
