Certified organic, the 2018 vintage (3.5*) was hand-picked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for a year in French oak casks (25 per cent new). Lightish in colour, with a hint of development, it is full-bodied, with moderately concentrated flavours, herbal and earthy notes, fresh acidity and considerable complexity. A forward vintage, it's ready to roll.
