Terra Sancta Bannockburn Central Otago Pinot Noir Rosé (2021)

From one vintage to the next, this is one of the country's leading rosés. Estate-grown and hand-harvested, the delicious 2021 vintage (5*) was partly handled in tanks, but 60 per cent was fermented in old oak barrels. Pale pink, it is full-bodied, fresh and vibrantly fruity, with strong, vigorous, peachy flavours, a hint of apricot, and a dryish (5.8 grams/litre of residual sugar), savoury, seductively smooth finish.
