The elegant 2021 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown at Rapaura, hand-picked, and fermented and matured in French oak casks (30 per cent new). Bright, light lemon/green, it is fragrant and full-bodied, with concentrated, ripe stonefruit flavours, fresh and vibrant, oak complexity, and balanced acidity. Still very youthful, it's well worth cellaring to 2024+.
