Offering fine value, the 2021 vintage (4*) was fermented with indigenous ('wild') yeasts. Bright, light yellow/green, it is a characterful, full-bodied wine, with generous, peachy, slightly toasty and buttery flavours, crisp and dry. It's already drinking well.
