Certified organic, the vigorous, savoury 2021 vintage (4.5*) is described on the label as an example of 'adventurous winemaking'. A hand-picked, single-vineyard wine, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in clay amphorae, and then bottled unfined and unfiltered. Bright, light yellow/green, it is medium-bodied, fresh and lively, with concentrated, complex flavours and a crisp, dry, lengthy finish. Best drinking 2025+. Handled similarly, the 2022 vintage (5*) is already very expressive. Bright, light lemon/green, it is mouthfilling, with rich, ripe stonefruit flavours, fresh acidity and excellent depth, complexity and harmony. A distinctive, youthful wine with obvious potential, it should be at its best 2025+. Certified organic.
