The classy, inviting 2019 vintage (5*) was hand-picked from mature vines in the Howell Vineyard, in the Bridge Pa Triangle, and matured for a year in French oak barrels (50 per cent new). Fragrant and full-coloured, it is mouthfilling, with generous, well-ripened, berryish, plummy flavours. A very graceful, smooth-flowing red, it should be at its best 2023+.
