Showing strong personality, the vigorous 2021 vintage (4.5*) veers closer in style to a light red wine than most New Zealand Rosés. Estate-grown in the Raupo Creek Vineyard, it was fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for six months in old oak barriques. Pink/pale red, it has strong, berryish, plummy, spicy flavours, woven with fresh acidity, and a dry finish. Certified organic, it's well worth trying.
