Saint Clair Vicar's Choice Marlborough Pinot Gris (2019)

Drinking well now, the 2019 vintage (3.5*) was grown in the Wairau and Awatere valleys, and fermented and lees-aged in tanks. Medium to full-bodied, it has good depth of fresh, lively peach, pear and spice flavours, balanced acidity and a smooth (4.9 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Fine value.
