This is Palliser Estate's second-tier Chardonnay. Bright, light yellow/green, the 2020 vintage (4*) was fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels. Full-bodied, it is a fresh, 'fruit-driven' style, with generous, ripe, stonefruit flavours to the fore, a gentle seasoning of toasty oak, and a creamy-smooth finish.
