One of Waiheke's most awarded reds. Estate-grown, the youthful 2020 vintage (5*) was matured for 10 months in "mostly new oak barriques". Deeply coloured, it is fragrant and full-bodied, with concentrated plum, red berry and spice flavours, fresh acidity and ripe, supple tannins. A very elegant, savoury red, already approachable, it's well worth cellaring to 2025+.
