This is Seifried Estate's lowest-tier Sauvignon, priced sharply. The 2021 vintage (3*) is a light lemon/green, crisp and lively wine, strongly varietal, with tropical fruit and herbaceous flavours, dry ( 3.6 grams/litre of residual sugar) and balanced for early enjoyment.
