The powerful, lush 2021 vintage (5*) was grown in Gisborne's Golden Triangle, hand-picked, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in French oak casks (50 per cent new). Light gold, it is a weighty, arrestingly savoury, concentrated and complex wine, with deep, ripe, peachy, slightly spicy flavours and a rich, well-rounded finish. Gisborne Chardonnay at its finest, it's already delicious.
