This wine is typically mostly estate-grown and hand-harvested at Renwick, and fermented and matured in French oak barriques (20-25 per cent new). Bright yellow/green, the 2021 vintage (5*) is delicious in its youth. It has a fragrant, rich bouquet, leading into a full-bodied, savoury, complex wine with concentrated peachy, mealy and biscuity flavours, vibrant acidity and a long finish. Best drinking 2024+.
