To be released in late 2022, the highly refined 2019 vintage (5*) is more youthful than its stablemate, Nautilus Clay Hills Vineyard Marlborough Pinot Noir, from the same year. Still a baby, it is a bright ruby, fragrant, very elegant red, medium to full-bodied, with strong, ripe cherry, plum and spice flavours, complex and savoury, fresh acidity and a long, smooth-flowing finish. Best drinking 2025+.
