The highly attractive 2021 vintage (4.5*) is rare – fewer than 100 cases were produced. Made from Syrah and fermented and aged in old French oak barrels, it is a bright pink/pale red wine, full-bodied, with fresh, generous, berryish, plummy flavours, lively acidity and a basically dry (4 grams/litre of residual sugar), smooth finish. Good value.
