This 'reserve style' red is estate-grown at Bendigo and oak-matured longer than its High Note stablemate. Now on sale, the 2016 vintage (4.5*) was matured in French oak hogsheads (32 per cent new). Ruby hued, it is elegant and supple, with moderately concentrated, slightly herbal and nutty flavours, poised, very harmonious and ready to roll.
