Priced right, the debut 2021 vintage (4.5*) of this label replaces Impromptu as the winery's 'earlier maturing style'. Matured in seasoned French oak barrels, it is a full, bright ruby wine, fragrant, mouthfilling, sweet-fruited and savoury, with generous cherry, plum and spice flavours, gentle tannins and immediate appeal. Best drinking mid-2023+.
