Misha's Vineyard Dress Circle Central Otago Pinot Gris (2021)

Still very youthful, the classy, vividly varietal 2021 vintage (4.5*) was estate-grown and hand-picked at Bendigo, and 27 per cent of the blend was fermented with indigenous yeasts in old French oak hogsheads. Made in an almost dry style (4.5 grams/litre of residual sugar), it is richly scented and weighty, with fresh, balanced acidity and deep, vibrant stonefruit, pear, lychee and spice flavours, showing excellent intensity, delicacy and harmony. Best drinking 2024+.
