Drinking well in its youth, the 2021 vintage (4*) was fully fermented in seasoned oak barrels. Pale gold, it is weighty, with good concentration of peachy, spicy flavours, a vague hint of honey, fresh acidity and an off-dry (7.5 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
