Maude Central Otago Sauvignon Blanc (2021)

The attractive 2021 vintage (4*) is a single-vineyard wine, grown at Pisa, in the Cromwell Basin, and partly barrel-fermented. Pale lemon/green, it is mouthfilling, crisp and lively, with very good vigour and depth of youthful, citrusy, appley flavours, showing a distinct touch of complexity, and a basically dry (5 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
