From 36 year-old vines, 'as old as any in the region', the 2017 vintage (4.5*) is still youthful. Bright, light lemon/green, it is an invitingly scented, medium-bodied wine, vibrantly fruity, with strong pineapple, lemon and apple flavours, a splash of sweetness (16 grams/litre of residual sugar) and mouth-watering acidity. Best drinking 2023+.
