Still very youthful, the 2021 vintage (3.5*) was fermented in tanks (mostly) and seasoned oak barrels (30 per cent). Pale lemon/green, it has good depth of fresh, lemony, slightly appley flavours, with a gentle splash of sweetness (13 grams/litre of residual sugar) balanced by crisp acidity. A rather Riesling-like wine, it should be at its best 2023+.
