Margrain Martinborough Chenin Blanc (2019)

Full of youthful vigour, the 2019 vintage (5*) is made from 'older vines'. Bright, light lemon/green, it is attractively scented, full-bodied and racy, with concentrated citrus and stonefruit flavours, gentle sweetness (16 grams/litre of residual sugar) balanced by appetising acidity, and a lasting finish. Already delicious, it's well worth cellaring.
