Already enjoyable, the youthful 2021 vintage (4.5*) was hand-picked at a Bendigo hill-top site, and fermented and lees-aged for 10 months in oak barrels (20 per cent new). Light lemon/green, it is full-bodied, with fresh, ripe, peachy flavours, mealy notes adding complexity, balanced acidity, and excellent depth and harmony. Best drinking 2024+.
