The punchy 2021 vintage (4*) was estate-grown and hand-harvested at the eastern end of the island, and handled entirely in stainless steel tanks. Full-bodied, it is aromatic and sweet-fruited, with strong, fresh, ripely herbaceous flavours, crisp and full of youthful impact. Best drinking mid-2022+.
