The 2021 vintage (3.5*) is a blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Pale pink, it is a freshly scented, lively, medium-bodied wine, with gentle strawberry, peach and spice flavours and a slightly off-dry (4.6 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
