From Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, estate-grown in the Blue Rock Vineyard, the 2022 vintage (4.5*) was fermented in tanks and seasoned oak puncheons. Deep pink, it is fragrant and full-bodied, very fresh and lively, with good intensity of peach, strawberry and spice flavours and a basically dry (4 grams/litre of residual sugar), very harmonious finish.
